Here is a simple way to place two home movies onto one DVD including chapters in each movie.

Tools
Nero
EB Clone DVD

Load Nero startsmart and select "photo and video" icon, then click the "make your own DVD video"

First Movie

1, In the right hand window click "make new movie"
2, In the new right hand window, click the dropdown arrow and select "Create New Group"
3, Browse your hard drive (Click first icon in that window) find the VOB files for your first movie, select them all and click open.
4, You now have all the VOB files of the first movie listed in your window.

5, Now pick up the first VOB file in your first movie and drop it on the line below on the far left.
6, in the preview window you will see a set of tools, use them to cut out anything you don't want.
7, when you have dropped all your VOB files of the first movie, click the next button

You now have a window with your first movie in it, rename the movie to the first movie name

8, right click and select rename

You can now add chapters if you wish

9, right click and select "Create Chapters"

Moving the slider to where you want the first chapter, then click the icon to add a chapter.

10, add enough chapters so you can make the DVD play your first movie from 15 min intervals or so.
(Or split time up 80 min /5 = 6 chapters) you can then start playing the movie at any of those chapters.

When your finished click next

You have finished editing your first movie, so now you can add your second movie.

11, click "make new movie"

Now just do the same as above, from First Movie (From 3), until you have two movies in the edit window, then click next....

12, The next screen lets you select a background, buttons etc, when your done click next.

You will now be able to test your DVD with the remote control icon, if your happy with it, click next.

13, you need to write the files to your hard drive, ignore any warning Nero might give about the DVD being oversize

When Nero is finished, load up Clone DVD (See other guide) and load your new DVD files into it, select everything, and let clone compress to fit on one DVD. Set clone output to make another copy on your hard drive, which you can test before you finally return to Nero to burn the disk.

Nero is not so good at compressing, Clone does a much better job :)
