A lot of people I know were using the cheapest disks they could buy,
those red ones, forget the name now :) but they were rubbish... The bottom
line is, if your making a DVD of somebody's wedding, its important, and you
need to use good quality disks. Copy back the disk to hard drive, this will
show any problems.
Datawrite Titanium
Well ok, I liked the description of these disks, so I bought some, they
work very well !
"As
we all know titanium is one of the most stable and strongest metals
obtainable in the world today. It's strength and reliability is world
renowned, even used by NASA on the Space Shuttle."
"This latest disc from Datawrite has been codenamed "Titanium", and
utilises the rock solid Mitsubishi dye normally found in high-end discs by
Tier 1 Brand Names."
Well the description sounds good, so I bought a pack of 25 (?6.50), with
P+P they cost ?10.80 > They do look good quality, and no surface problems in
any of the 25 in the drum, lets see how they go, watch this space :)-
